Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.

As one year ends and another begins, life can feel like a calendar page turning quietly in the night. The past year carried routines, surprises, losses, and blessings that shaped us day by day. Some mornings began with hope, others with weariness, yet each one passed and led us here.

Faithfulness that Never Runs Out

Jeremiah reminds us that God’s love remains constant through every season. The writer speaks from deep pain, yet still proclaims hope. God’s compassion does not run out, and His mercy renews itself each morning without exception. Faithfulness defines His character, not our circumstances.
