At the right time, I, the LORD, will make it happen.
Isaiah 60:22 (NLT)
Recently, I followed the launch of a rocket to the International Space Station. I was surprised to learn that the space vehicle had exact departure and arrival times. Not even a millisecond would be wasted.
The engineers and astronauts have inherited this gene from their Creator. Genesis 1 teaches that it was God who created time when He gave us seasons, days and nights. He is in control of time.
In Isaiah 60:22, God reminded Jews that after years of oppression by heathen nations, they would become great again. “The smallest family will become a thousand people, and the tiniest group will become a mighty nation” (NLT).
He also stated when this would happen; “At the right time, I, the LORD, will make it happen.” They would have to wait for God’s perfect time for the prophecy to be fulfilled.
The New International Version renders this phrase, “…in its time I will do this swiftly.” Yes, their day of joy would delay, but at the appropriate time, God would hasten their deliverance.
Whenever we go through tough times, we long for immediate deliverance. God, in His unsearchable wisdom, however, may choose to delay our escape. He asks us to wait for His perfect time.
When the right time comes, you will not spend an extra second in that situation. Your healing will be swift. Your financial rescue will come quickly. Your relationships will be restored faster than you think. Your ending will be greater than your beginning.
If your prayer has not been answered, it is not yet God’s right time. Be patient.
Father, give me patience to wait for the right time – when You will answer my prayer.
Amen and amen just in at the right time,I needed to hear that.God bless you.

Amen
