I know that You can do everything, And that no purpose of Yours can be withheld from You.
Job 42:2 (NKJV)
I will forever remember a student who would defiantly tell our university administrators, “You can only delay my graduation; you cannot stop it.”
This ‘rebel’ had been suspended and reinstated severally, hence spending more time than necessary at the institution.
His words remind me of Job’s words to God, “I know that You can do everything, And that no purpose of Yours can be withheld from You.”Job 42:2 (NKJV).
Nobody can stop the purpose of God for your life. Our God is the one, “…who opens and no one shuts, and shuts and no one opens” (Revelation 3:7, NKJV).
Your enemies may wish that you fail. They may try to prevent you from achieving your dreams, but they will never succeed when God is on your side.
The devil and his agents will ridicule you, place roadblocks on your path, and plan your downfall. They may appear to succeed for a moment, but eventually, only God’s perfect purpose for you will prevail.
Some will call you a failure. They will say you have no hope. They will write you off because they base their judgements on your present unpleasant situation. Don’t give up. He who has perfect plans for you will soon fill you with the joy of achievement and fulfilment.
It is just a matter of time. You enemies may seem to delay your plans, but they will never stop what God has prepared for you.
Father, thank You because no one can stop Your perfect purpose for me. Give me faith and patience to wait for the right time for my dreams to come true.
