For You have made him a little lower than the angels, And You have crowned him with glory and honor.
Psalms 8:5 (NKJV)
The quest to conquer space is at an all-time high. The competition between superpowers continues unabated. In addition, Elon Musk, Richard Branson and Jeff Bezos represent a growing number of individuals venturing into space.
What these and other human exploits reveal is that man is not just another animal, as evolutionists would have us believe. The human brain is capable of much more than we can imagine. It is the most powerful computer in existence.
Why is this so? The Bible has an answer. “…You have made him a little lower than the angels, And You have crowned him with glory and honor.” (Psalms 8:5). In the hierarchy of heaven, we have God, angels then man, in that order.
God created man in His (God’s) image. Man was the expression of God’s character and appearance. Human beings were to rule over God’s creation (Psalm 8:6-8 & Genesis 1:26 and 28).
For man to perform this role, God gave him a superior intellect to other earthly creatures. If we tapped into divine intelligence more, there would be many more Musks, Bransons and Bezos.
You are God’s masterpiece. He has endowed you with talents, abilities and superior mental faculties. How are you exploiting these gifts? What action do you need to take to live up to the potential God has placed in you?
Start by giving your best to your studies, job, talent, leadership position and all other gifts from God. Determine to break barriers and to be the best in whatever you do.
Loving Father, teach me how to excel in all You have placed in my hands.
How you value yourself in relation to God will determine how far you are willing to got to excel in your endeavours. Please comment to encourage or enlighten others on this topic. Blessings.

This is encouraging… especially to you young people who live with thier potential untapped and unrealized..most are yet to exploit the intellectual talent God has given to them and have no idea just how much they are capable of doing with the inbuilt superior intellectual capacity.what a tragedy.
Thanks for this revelation.
Amen, Charles. The Devil is happy when we think we are just superior animals. He does not want us to reach our potential because we would know who we are and reject him.
